About four years ago, I had a disastrous experience with a dental office, losing a tooth in the process. Just recently, my primary care physician advised me to see a dentist for an exam and checkup as soon as possible, because a health issue with dry mouth was discovered during lab work. Luckily, one of my neighbors recommended Dr. Dawn Green and I was able to secure an appointment within a few days. I am so glad I did! Within a few minutes, I felt comfortable talking with the staff and expressing my fears, such as issues with gagging, dry throat during swallowing, etc. And they actually listened and understood. I returned a week later to deal with a filling problem they noticed during the exam, luckily for me. They explained every step, such as injection pain, numbing, what to expect at home later, etc. I felt very relaxed and in control of the situation, instead of having the usual panic attack. Dr Green is a hidden gem, as well as the rest of her staff. I always hated going to the dentist, but not anymore. Dr Green is patient and takes time to really put you at ease. First time that I have ever been to a dentist that didnt require me to take out a mortgage just to have dental work done. She is so down to earth and funny too. Trust me you wont be disappointed I promise.
